Rhonda Grayson is an experienced attorney recruiting professional who brings deep industry insight and expertise to business, hiring and DEI strategies for law firms.
With over 30 years in the legal industry, Rhonda has a proven track record in the recruitment, integration and development of law firm attorneys. She uses her vast knowledge to make placements that align with her clients’ most important needs.
Most recently, Rhonda was the Talent Acquisition Director at Rimon P.C. Her experience also includes roles as an Attorney Transition Coach, the firmwide DEI Manager of Fish & Richardson, P.C., a Professional Recruitment Manager at Heller Ehrman, LLP and the National Recruiting Specialist with Latham & Watkins LLP.
Ed Wisneski leverages three decades of experience in the legal industry to connect top legal talent with opportunities for growth and success.
Ed has been intimately involved in all facets of the legal recruiting industry. Most recently, he was the Hiring Partner at Rimon P.C., a high-end full-service global law firm. Before Rimon, Ed was a Senior Director at Lateral Link Group, Inc., where he guided law firm partners, groups, and associates through many successful lateral transitions.
Ed’s career also includes 20 years as a litigation associate and partner at Squire Patton Boggs LLP. He is committed to utilizing his expertise to work closely with law firm clients and candidates to facilitate successful and lasting lateral moves.
